Ella's First "Word"

Let's see....there is "Aaaaaahhhhhhh", "Eeeeeeeeeeeee", "Gggggggggggggg", "Ppppppfffttttt", Hehehehehehe", and now she is shaking her head "NO". All the time. Seriously, no? Already? Now, I assumed that this may be a fun phrase that she picks up in a couple years.
"Ella, please take your dishes to the sink" - "NO!"
"Ella, please pick your toys up off the floor" - "NO!"
"Ella, please stop biting that child" - "NO!"

But, at eight months, she is already "saying no" all the time.
"Ella, lets change your diaper" - *shakes head*
"Ella, lets eat your peas" - *shakes head*
"Ella, lets stop taunting the dogs" - *shakes head*

This cannot bode well for the future. Just imagine what will happen when she can say consonants!
